What happens when the Kickstarter ends?
Once our Kickstarter ends, you will receive a receipt for your chosen Kickstarter pledge. We encourage you to check this to ensure your pledge has gone through successfully; please note we won’t be fulfilling failed customer pledges so it is important that you check this so you get all your Drakkenheim goodies when it comes to fulfillment time!

Upon receiving your successful receipt, this will now mean that your pledge has gone through and you can relax knowing that your Dungeons of Drakkenheim products will accounted for during manufacturing. However! Your steps do not end here.
In the week of August 30, we will be sending out your BackerKit Pledge Manager Survey which is the place for you to select all the add-ons your heart desires! It is through these surveys that we will also charge shipping.
Please note, we will only be delivering to Backers who: A) Successfully pledge one of the Dungeons of Drakkenheim tiers B) Successfully pay for shipping inside of their BackerKit survey

Are all Stretch Goals free?
Setting stretch-goals allow us to continue to build intricacies into the world of Drakkenheim, whilst also giving back to such a supportive and encouraging community. As some stretch goals are a greater expense than others, this means that not all of these can come without a price tag. In light of this, any stretch goals that have the text “ADD-ON” next to it, mean they will be available for purchase to all backers.

How do I get add-ons?
Once you’ve received your BackerKit survey, this is where you’ll have the opportunity to select any add-ons that you would like to add to what you’ve already committed to in your pledge tier. Ensure that your pledge is active inside of Kickstarter and once our campaign comes to a close, you will be able to access your add-ons through the BackerKit Pledge Manager.

How do I pay for shipping?
The Dungeon Dudes don’t charge shipping through Kickstarter; this will be calculated through a program called BackerKit once surveys have been sent and dimensions/weights have been confirmed. Please note, once you’ve made your pledge there will be a charge saying “$0.00 for shipping” - that is from Kickstarter only and shipping will be charged through BackerKit once the Kickstarter has ended.
The estimated shipping costs on the Shipping Graphic on the Campaign Page are estimated for the Crimson Countess’ Collection tier pledge only. These calculations are based on the current average cost for international shipping of a single hardcover book of similar dimensions and weight to the Dungeons of Drakkenheim book and are subject to change.
Please also note that the “Rest of World” price range below does not include countries subject to additional shipping charges due to unusual or extreme remote geographic circumstances. We will endeavour to provide shipping that is fair for those affected locations however it may exceed the details on the graphic.
Shipping for Lost Lenore’s Trinkets, Lord of the Feast’s Spoils and The Executioner pledge tiers will be calculated closer to fulfilment.
Some of our products are still in the production phase, which means as soon as their available weights and dimensions are available they will be entered into your BackerKit survey. We design and manufacture our products internationally and will always aim to keep prices as low as possible for our backers.

Delerium Dice
A highly valuable commodity to some – “Shiny Stuff” to others…
This set of dice resembles delirium – and because of such, the Amethyst Academy have prepared a note of guidance for players when dealing with the mineral. As well, to be sure no physical contact is made, the dice will arrive in either a small satchel (“regular edition”) or a premium dark ash-wood box (“special edition”).
Regular edition dice are made from hard plastic/acrylic material. Special Edition dice are made from a metallic zinc alloy material and are much heavier than regular plastic dice.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
